The voyeurs around us
7 February 2008Voyeur is a french word that means someone who likes looking at naked people without being seen. In extreme cases it is considered a pervertion and sickness, but I don’t see anything bad about it. From young years kids have been curious about bodies of others. I’m sure you can remember trying to take a peek in girl’s or boy’s locker room when you were younger, to see what exciting things and views are there. And still, after we grow up, it’s still thrilling to watch someone undress or be naked, while remaining hidden yourself - that’s what being a voyeur is all about.
